Treatment inquiries
Inquiries pertaining to a potential treatment can be directed to a coordinator; who will then discuss your unique case with the appropriate medical specialist(s) and send you a comprehensive treatment plan and offer by mail.

Creation of your personalized treatment plan
After consulting with the appropriate medical specialist(s), a written treatment plan will be sent to you prior to your hospital stay.

Organisation of treatment and coordination of appointments
The VIP coordinator will organise all of your treatment appointments in the various divisions, laboratories or out-patient clinics. If need be, the coordinator will also be happy to help you find a suitable location for rehabilitation while in Switzerland.

Answering your financial questions
Along with the treatment plan, you will receive a detailed cost estimate for those medical services required for your treatment. The deposit amount must be paid to UniversityHospital Zurich prior to you receiving treatment. The final invoice will follow once treatment is complete and you have left the hospital.
