Rämistrasse 100, 8091 Zurich (firstname.lastname@example.org;
www.telemedizin.usz.ch). By submitting a request (sending the question form/online request), you agree to the terms and conditions.
Conclusion of contract
Submitting your online request to the telemedicine service results in the generation of an order. A fee of CHF 75 is charged for every question form submitted.
The answer to your query is provided by our doctors to the best of their knowledge usually within 24 hours on weekdays. For complex queries requiring consultation with other specialists, the response time may take up to five working days.
Both the scope of the question and the length of the response are limited. The quality of the answer depends on the description of the medical situation provided by the patient. The UHZ assumes no liability regarding the content, correctness, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the information.
Telemedical advice cannot replace a personal consultation with a doctor. The information provided by the UHZ is meant as practical advice which you follow at your own risk.
The liability of the UHZ and Clinical Telemedicine is waived insofar as is legally permissible. In particular, inadequate advice resulting from incomplete or incorrect depictions of the facts is not the responsibility of the University Hospital Zurich.
No liability can be accepted for the content or correct functioning of other websites referred to in the response provided.
The UHZ assumes no liability for technical disruptions caused by a provider, telecommunications company or online payment service. No damage claims can be derived from system failures.
Your request is encrypted using the latest electronic methods. It is treated confidentially and is subject to medical confidentiality. For technical reasons, you will receive permission to access the response via unencrypted email. The UHZ cannot guarantee the confidentiality of this transfer.
Both the online inquiry and the response can be transmitted in anonymous form unless you notify us to the contrary.
